Moisture-Resistant FSF Birch Plywood is a high-quality multi-layer wood panel manufactured from natural birch veneer layers bonded in a cross-grain structure. This construction provides excellent strength, dimensional stability, and resistance to warping. The sanded surface offers an attractive appearance and can be easily painted, varnished, oiled, or otherwise finished.
The plywood is bonded using WBP (Water Boil Proof) adhesive, making it resistant to moisture, temperature fluctuations, and mechanical stress. These properties make it suitable for both interior and exterior applications.
Birch plywood is widely used in furniture manufacturing, interior and exterior finishing, floor, wall, and ceiling constructions, vehicle fit-outs, packaging solutions, and various construction projects. Furniture manufacturers value it for its smooth surface and easy machining, while the construction industry appreciates its strength and durability.
For applications requiring even greater resistance to moisture and wear, film-faced birch plywood is available. It is coated with a protective phenolic film that provides enhanced durability and weather resistance.
